If attacking a rank and file unit does the spirit sword kill extra modle's in the unit or does it kill one modle with d6 over kill after u roll off for the leader ship rolls for the speical rule's of said weapon.

From the FAQ, the Spirit Sword is a multiplying wound weapon, like a weapon that does d3 or d6 wounds. In the same way, it wouldn't do more wounds to a model than the model has wounds, and will only multiply wounds on a single model.

so in short, no.
